Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
YourNiceCv operates on a subscription model with the following options:
Payments are processed by Paddle.com (our payment processor and merchant of record). By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, PayPal (subject to Paddle's supported methods).
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@yournicecv.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no prorated refunds).
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period (existing subscribers are grandfathered until renewal).
If we offer a free trial:
We want you to be satisfied with YourNiceCv. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases.
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
To request a refund:
Refunds are processed by our payment provider (Paddle.com) and typically reach your account within 5-10 business days.
After the 14-day window has passed, all payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
This 14-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable EU consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, such as:

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing legal proceedings in your local courts as a UK consumer. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms.
